We partnered with a startup on a mission to transform the logistics industry by launching the region’s first fully end-to-end, digitally enabled third-party logistics (3PL) platform.
This ambitious initiative required building a powerful, interconnected ecosystem of applications and tools designed to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and elevate the experience for delivery agents, merchants, warehouse managers, and consumers alike.
Over a dedicated two-year collaboration, we carefully built each layer of the platform from the ground up, covering everything from UI/UX design and core development to product management and long-term maintenance.
The results were immediate and far-reaching. Within six months of launch, the platform processed over 1 million transactions, expanded to more than 50 cities, and integrated with over 250 brands.

The startup set out to build a robust and fully connected digital ecosystem to power its 3PL service, something no off-the-shelf solution could deliver.
The goal was to seamlessly integrate a wide range of platforms and tools while delivering a smooth, efficient experience for every user: delivery agents in the field, merchants managing orders, warehouse managers tracking inventory, consumers monitoring parcels, and administrators overseeing operations.

We engineered a full-stack logistics platform designed for scale, speed, and seamless coordination.
At the center was a high-performance Delivery Agent Mobile App (Android & iOS), optimized for ease of use in the field and built to handle high transaction volumes with minimal latency.
For merchants, we developed a responsive web portal with real-time shipment tracking, order management, and performance insights, designed with a focus on usability and speed.
The Warehouse Management System provided accurate inventory tracking and optimized stock handling, reducing manual overhead across facilities.
On the consumer side, a real-time Parcel Tracking Tool and mobile-optimized website ensured easy access to delivery updates and support. Administrators benefited from a centralized dashboard with live data, enabling instant visibility and control over nationwide operations.
The platform supported integrations with over 250 brands and included custom-built plugins for WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and OpenCart, ensuring full compatibility with leading e-commerce ecosystems.
