Fynch Consulting

Defining the positioning and diagnosing the revenue funnel for Aurora50

Overview

Aurora50 is a Dubai-based inclusive leadership organization working across the GCC, running flagship accelerators alongside consulting, bespoke training, and regional summits. It had scale, credibility, and demand — but no consolidated positioning statement across channels, and a revenue engine that was capturing interest without converting it.

We ran a full diagnostic across brand, funnel, channels, and website, then defined the ICP and the positioning to correct for what the audits found.

Services Provided

Problem

Aurora50's offer stack spans accelerators, advisory, training, and events, each reaching a different buyer. Without a positioning statement that unified them, marketing spend fragmented, and prospects could not place the organization against either the global consultancies or the local networks it competed with. Underneath that, the commercial infrastructure was untested: no one had mapped where demand entered the funnel or where it stopped moving.

Solution

We audited the whole system, not one symptom. Four parallel teardowns — brand, funnel and CRM, social channels, website content — were triangulated against each other rather than run in isolation. AI carried the research, pattern analysis, and benchmarking, making a diagnostic that broad viable in a fraction of the usual time.

We defined who Aurora50 sells to: five distinct personas across the full revenue portfolio, separating the executives who sign from the champions who run rollout and the participants who use the programs. Campaigns aimed at the whole stack reach nobody in it.

We placed the brand against the market. Benchmarking against global consultancies, generic training vendors, and local networks found a clear gap — premium regional depth with outcome proof — which became the positioning.

Aurora50 diagnostic: four audits converging on ICP and positioning

Impact

The diagnostic converted assumptions into evidence. Aurora50 finished with a documented ICP, a defensible market position, and a stage-by-stage map of where its funnel leaked — leverage over existing demand rather than a case for spending more to create new demand.
